We’re so excited to finally nail down a date to work with Chef Carlos of Selva. The man behind us cooking for you every Monday and Tuesday.
This dinner is going to be a 6 course collaboration between Chef Brennan and Chef Carlos, merging Colombian and Filipino flavors into one experience. Since both countries share a history of Spanish colonization they have many similarities in their food cultures, relying on tropical fruits, lechon and lots and lots of rice.
This will be a one time only menu, never to see the light of day again! So ya snooze ya loose!
