We’re welcoming the minds behind Darkroom in Santa Ana into the kitchen AND bar to test pilot their new concept, Three Eyed Tiger. A new restaurant opening inside the LAB in Costa Mesa.

Bar director/Partner Gianna Marcario will be throwing up specialty cocktails and Chef /Partner Zach Scherer will be in the kitchen with Brennan.

This will be the first time we’ve had a bar/cocktail take over. Gianna is brilliant at pairing spirits and cocktails with food, a highly difficult task, and we can’t wait to see what she’s serving up!
